One-bedroom apartment furnished for mid- to long-term rent

For this new, builder-grade one-bedroom apartment in Istanbul, our goal was to transform the space into a warm, functional rental tailored for mid- to long-term occupancy. Beyond basic furnishing and styling, we enhanced functionality by installing air conditioning, relocating electric fixtures and outlets, and repainting the walls to make the overall palette more cohesive.

A key challenge was maximizing storage while creating a flexible workspace within limited square footage. To address this, I customized a sliding wardrobe in the bedroom with a pull-out desk tucked neatly behind it—ideal for working, studying, or even as a vanity table. This desk can easily be half-concealed when not in use, keeping the layout streamlined. Given the compact kitchen, I added a dedicated coffee station in the living area directly across from the kitchen, a convenient feature for tenants and a unique touch that enhances the apartment’s charm and functionality.

The property was swiftly rented out, with minimal number of days on the market, and at +15% above average price for similar apartments in the building.
