Originally set up as a mini-hotel for a more mature clientele, the property owner wanted to reposition with a minimal budget. I worked with the existing furniture, rearranging key pieces to create a flexible ground-floor party and recreational area, ideal for group gatherings and even local events. Small but impactful updates, including furniture swaps between rooms, some new lighting, and fresh decor, brought a modern zing to the spaces.

Since the refresh, the property has been consistently booked, even in the low season, and is now listed as “almost never available.”
